Business Blogging Builds Reputation Through Authenticity and Transparency

New survey finds consumers are more supportive of corporations that are transparent and authentic in their messaging

The recent Bulldog Reporter/Peppercom business blogging survey showed that more than half of the companies polled are not blogging.

Yet consumers are more supportive of corporations that are transparent and authentic in their messaging—and are more willing to do business with those companies that embrace "corporate citizenship," reveals a survey, authored by GolinHarris and conducted by Change.  Blogs are the perfect medium to achieve this kind of transparency and authenticity.

Yet many companies are still wary of business blogging and it's open communication. It would seem that those companies in the first study who said  blogs are not a credible source of information still haven't got the clue.
