Marketing basics (60% "Very Important") which include specific concepts such as customer satisfaction, customer retention, segmentation, brand loyalty and ROI were of greatest interest.
I still believe that above all, customer satisfaction should still stay as the utmost priority of each and every marketer. Let's accept the fact that customer's are the very lifeblood of this industry.
