        <Description>&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"&gt;&lt;font face="verdana,arial,helvetica,sans-serif" color="#000000" size="2"&gt;I wrote an article this week about the rush to hire SEO&amp;rsquo;s and SEM&amp;rsquo;s and my strong belief that a requirement of &lt;a href="http://www.falkowinc.com/inc/strategy.php?include=1254"&gt;good SEO is an understanding of PR basics. &lt;/a&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"&gt;&lt;font face="verdana,arial,helvetica,sans-serif" color="#000000" size="2"&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"&gt;&lt;font face="verdana,arial,helvetica,sans-serif" color="#000000" size="2"&gt;Building good content, a great brand and strong relationships will also get you good search rankings.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;font face="verdana,arial,helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;&lt;font size="2"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;p /&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"&gt;&lt;font face="verdana,arial,helvetica,sans-serif" color="#000000" size="2"&gt;Then I saw the interview with John Scott of V7n in the Search Engine Journal&amp;nbsp; -&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;font face="verdana,arial,helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;&lt;font size="2"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;p /&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;blockquote dir="ltr" style="MARGIN-RIGHT: 0px"&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"&gt;&lt;font face="verdana,arial,helvetica,sans-serif" color="#000000" size="2"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;quot;For years I&amp;rsquo;ve been preaching marketing and brand building as opposed to obsessing over search engine rankings.
